About the Role

We're looking for a detail-oriented, digitally-native operator to join the Clipping Culture team. This is a client-facing, operations-focused role. You'll be the bridge between our internal team and our clients, keeping campaigns organized and clients informed from kickoff through results.

Responsibilities

  • Set up campaigns and build out requirement sheets
  • Send requirement sheets to clients and handle follow-up communication
  • Keep clients updated while campaigns are live, sharing winning clips and performance highlights
  • Day-to-day client communication (check-ins, questions, updates)
  • Work closely with our 24/7 campaign moderation team to stay in the loop on what's performing
  • General team support and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Based in the United States
  • Strong understanding of social media and the online creator space (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
  • Familiar with clipping and short-form content to some degree
  • Excellent written communication. You'll be talking to clients regularly
  • Organized, proactive, and reliable in a fast-paced remote environment

Compensation

$2,500 – $4,000/ month
